Vita

Fashion photographer Oscar Falk doesn’t shy away from being serious in his photographic work. He strives for a credible and yet cinematic outcome where the models are sincere in terms of their style and mood. He prefers an earnest tone to a complicated composition. Simplicity is his weapon of choice, yet many of his photo suites are based on thorough research. This results in photography that is both perfect and detailed. Every picture is sufficiently powerful to stand on its own. Oscar Falk (1973), began his photographic career with a five-year stint as an assistant, but since the end of the 1990s he has worked independently. He has always been busy with editorial work, mostly for foreign clients. magazine titles he has worked for include Tatler, Tush, German, Italian and Swedish Elle, German, Dutch and French Glamour, Plaza and Café. These days he spends half his time on commercial assignments. He has distinguished himself as both a men’s and ladies’ fashion photographer, something his many assignments for GANT, H&M, Morris, A&C, Anna Holtblad, Boomerang, Swarovski, and Bogner attests to.
