During her training as a textile designer, Nici worked already at a young age for well known companies like Union Kopf and made textile designs for Akzo Nobel. Fascinated by fabrics and patterns, she made a tailor training right after finishing with a Master's degree. Her graduate engineer degree in fashion design ended in 1995 with the design of a men's collection in collaboration with 3M and the German Institute for Men's Fashion. She worked as a fashion designer for various companies with numerous stays in Milan, London, Paris and New York. Due to her strong interest in art, she exhibited again and again in galleries and designed experimental fashion for companies such as IBM, VW, Mercedes-Benz, Daewoo and Sixt. Since 2003 she lives and works in Berlin and Hamburg, at first as a people stylist and now with an ever increasing passion for interior styling. In addition to concepts and set design, she is also an art director for many companies.
